This is the ultimate opportunity for visibility and support! The massive 23’x12’ banner is the centerpiece of the entire event, prominently displayed on our main stage. As a bonus, the Mega Stage Banner sponsor will also receive a complimentary 10’x10’ booth space in our Vendor Village — the perfect place to further promote your company or organization to thousands of attendees.

These 16oz stadium cups offer the ultimate sponsorship opportunity — they go home with every guest who purchases beer! The vibrant yellow cups will feature your logo, text, or both, printed in bold black ink. These large 6’x16’ banners will be displayed vertically on each side of our main stage — one of the most visible spots at the event. These deep red shirts will be worn by our staff for visibility the day of the event. The shirts will feature the Oktoberfest 2026 logo and your business or organization will be listed as a proud sponsor of the event on the back of each shirt in a single color. Our shirt sponsor will also be allowed to set up a booth (free of charge) in a 10’x10’ space in our vendor village to further advertise or promote your company/organization.

Our most popular sponsorship!
These banners will line the main entrance/exit of the event. The banners are 5’x3’ and will be hung horizontally. Your logo or customized artwork will be featured on this banner with the wording “Proud Sponsor of the Pequannock First Aid Squad” at the top.

These 3’x3” square ads will be featured in 2 3’x6′ banners on each side of the bar – the busiest area of the event! Be the talk of the event as patrons come and go for their beer refills at the event. Your logo or customized artwork will be featured on this banner.

Being a Food Truck Square sponsor provides your organization with the ability to advertise your organization as an event sponsor on a large banner located inside our food truck section. All logo sizes are listed below.
Platinum Level – Graphics are approximately 18”x18” along the top row of our 8’x8’ banner.
Gold Level – Graphics are approximately 12”x12” along the second and third row of our 8’x8’ banner.
Silver Level – Graphics are approximately 8”x8” along the 4 bottom rows of our 8’x8’ banner.

These double sided, A-Frame signs will be displayed proudly in the amusement ride area which is set up for both kids and adults! From inflatable rides, a mechanical bull and various carnival games, this area is a hit for the entire family. The sign measures 2’x 3′. Your logo or customized artwork will be featured on this sign.
Artwork Requirements
– File Formats: Artwork should be submitted in .PDF format. We also accept .PSD, .AI, .EPS, and .PNG files.
– Large Stage Banner Sponsors: Please include any additional wording or phrasing you would like featured in your artwork.
– Proof Approval: A proof design will be provided for your review and approval before final submission.
Submitting Your Artwork
– If your artwork is ready at the time of form submission, please upload it with your form.
– If not, please email it to oktoberfest@pequannockems.org as soon as possible.
Important Deadline
– All sponsorships, payments, and artwork approvals must be submitted by August 30, 2026, to ensure production. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for printing.
Additional Information
– All sponsorship payments are donations and are non-refundable.
– Payments are tax-deductible, and documentation can be provided upon request.
