The Pequannock First Aid Squad building is as rich in history as the organization itself. Located at 528 Newark Pompton Turnpike in Pompton Plains, NJ, the building sits centrally located in town, to make response times as minimal as possible. 

For many years, the squad operated out of a modest structure. However, as ambulance sizes grew, so did the need for a larger facility. In 2002, a significant expansion was completed, adding a new garage and a second floor. This upgrade allowed the squad to accommodate modern ambulances and provided a spacious crew area, complete with bunk rooms and a crew office.

In 2008, the older part of the building underwent a much-needed renovation. The updates transformed the space, adding a state-of-the-art training and meeting room, new administrative and operational offices, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. These improvements created a welcoming, functional environment designed to attract and retain dedicated members while supporting our mission to serve the community.
