Here's How It Works:
Tickets can be purchased from any squad member. Squad members will be present at our building every Friday from 6pm to 9pm for pick up. You can also arrange for tickets by using the contact form below or by calling the squad at 973-835-6987. Tickets will also be available at Oktoberfest for purchase.

Contest Rules
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase a raffle ticket.
Ticket Sales:
Tickets will be sold at all township events, by designated First Aid Squad members and at our building located at 528 Newark Pompton Turnpike. Sales at the First Aid Squad building will begin on 6/9/2024 from 6pm to 9pm.
The cost of each ticket is $100.
Tickets can be purchased with cash or check.
Each participant will receive a ticket stub, and the matching stub will be retained by the organizer.
Drawing:
The raffle drawing will take place at 6pm on 9/28/204.
The winner will be selected randomly from all tickets sold.
The drawing will be conducted in a public space to ensure transparency.
Prize:
The total prize will be 50% of the total money collected from ticket sales.
The remaining 50% will be retained by the organizer for purchasing medical equipment, medical supplies, providing education, and any other squad business as determined by the executive board.
Notification:
The winner will be announced immediately following the draw.
If the winner is not present at the time of the drawing, they will be notified via phone based on the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
The winner has 5 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner must present their winning ticket stub to claim the prize.
The prize will be awarded in the form of a check.
Responsibilities:
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
The decision of the raffle organizer is final.
Compliance:
The raffle is conducted in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Publicity:
By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Miscellaneous:
The organizer reserves the right to modify or amend these rules at any time.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund all ticket purchases.
