Greg joined the Squad in 2004 after thinking about giving back to the community. During a visit to the Pequannock Street Fair, Greg spoke with members of the First Aid Squad and decided he wanted to join. Greg filled out an application and a few days later became a member after taking a CPR class. Shortly thereafter Greg became an EMT after he completed the required state testing.
In 2009, Greg became Chief of the squad and ran the operations of the organization for 7 years. They were some of the best years of his life and an extremely rewarding time. After taking a year off, Greg was elected treasurer of the organization and currently handles all of finances of the squad.
When Greg is not riding his shift every Friday night, he has a passion for the gym, working out and especially computerized holiday lighting.
