Greg joined the Pequannock First Aid Squad in 2004, inspired by a desire to give back to his community. After speaking with squad members at the Pequannock Street Fair, he decided to take the leap. Greg completed a CPR class and submitted his application, officially becoming a member just a few days later. Shortly thereafter, he became a certified EMT after passing the required state exams.

In 2009, Greg took on the role of Chief, overseeing the squad’s operations for seven years. He describes this time as some of the most rewarding years of his life. After a year off, Greg returned to leadership as the squad’s Treasurer, where he now manages all financial responsibilities.

Outside of his Friday night shifts, Greg enjoys staying active at the gym, working with his hands, and creating computerized holiday light displays—a passion that combines his creativity and technical skills.
